I have a VB.Net 2010 Windows forms application that uses Crystal Reports 2008 with latest service packs. I have created several bar code label reports that print properly from Crystal Reports IDE but do not from the .Net application. All other reports print properly and this application has been in use for over 18 years. I have NOT set disassociate printer and have designated the correct LabelWriter 450 printer in the report Page Setup. Programmatically printing the labels reveals the fact that Crystal Report is not obtaining any of the settings from the report file when the Load function is called against the Report Document print settings. It always defaults to the wrong label size. The printed area on the label is so tiny it cannot be read. Please help with this very perplexing problem. Many hours have already been spent trying various option to no avail. Thank you!
