Thousand Seperator custom Positioning

Hi,

I am using Crystal Report 13 with visual studio 2013.i need all my numeric field to the format 22,33,56,369.23 instead of 223,356,369.23.i google for a long time.What i found is that ,create rule with the field and convert field value to text with a format.But my question is there an options like Thousand Seperator in the following image.

  How can i use this option to customize the position in numeric field value?How can i create a rule to position my separator? What is the syntax of the   rule?Please let me know.it is urgent
