I am trying to get started using Crystal Reports for Visual Studio (2013). I have downloaded the SDK and now I am trying to read the recommended documentation. It comes in the form of the file
xi4_rassdk_net_dg_en.chm
However when I open it on my PC (or any of my servers) I see no content other than the topics, and no error messages. I am running Windows 7 and Server 2012 on other machines. Can anyone tell me what is wrong? Many other CHM files on this PC run fine. I am opening it from my hard drive -- not a network share.
